Cassie started tying at age 8 at Riverside Fly Shop in Jasper, Alabama where she still ties today.

“My main interest in tying is using glass beads to create new patterns and improve on old ones. I found this glass bead fly pattern in Joe J. Warren’s “Tying Glass Bead Flies.” I’ve caught several trout in Tennessee, Montana, and Colorado using this fly and have also had luck using it as a dropper.”
