Hendricksons usually mark the start of east coast/ midwest mayfly season. With a dun that spends a good amount of time on the water, the Hendricksons are a great hatch to fish. Check out this Catskill style fly.

I thought it was a great video. I primarily tie streamers and stay away from Dry Flies but this video answered alot of my questions I give it an A+.
Very nice fly and great close up shot.
I grew up in the Catskills–this was the first fly I learned to tye and have fished it not only in the Catskills but Germany-Poland -Ukraine and Austria –always a fly that gets there attention early spring..
- top notch video
– Thanks
– wish my eyes were as good when I try to tie
– any advice for visual aids ?
