It is a long drive to Verdigre Creek. 150 miles.
More often than not, however, the distance to Verdigre Creek is not measured in miles It is measured in impediments.
We all have our creeks, the places we love to fish. But we all have impediments that stand in our way, impediments that keep us away from fishing. This blog is about those impediments. But it is also about the joy and anguish of fishing. The two travel hand in hand. The joy of fishing happens because we have experienced some joy and sorrow along the way.
