peacock herl (3)
Hungarian partridge
tie thread base.
tie in silver tinsel and wrap forward. tie off.
tie in floss and wrap forward (may choose to coat floss for protection).
tie in peacock herl. wrap forward to eye.
tie in hun. partridge (striped half of rachis). tie off.
hackle guard and whip finish. head cement if desired.
