The Mantle is tied as a Tube fly
Use the EZ body to create the mantle similar to how you would make an EZ Body popper, then tie in a veil of Yak and Angel Hair, finish with a wrap or two of Hula Wrap
The Tentacles are tied to the hook in a standard deceiver fashion. Don't spay the feathers, but rather use the twisted ones that aren't good enough for Deceivers or Flatwings - they're perfect.
