Bead on hook, whip in ultra wire to the bend (let hang), dub a very small amount of black dubbing to allow the rubber tail to flare out, tie in black rubber leg material for the tails, once tails are in whip up to the bead buiding the abdomen up, now wrap ultrawire up to the bead, tie off ultra wire, move thread back to the 1/3 mark and tie in mylar tynsil directly on top of the hook, then tie in a 1/8” strip of thin skin and allow to hang, now put on a hefty amound of ice dub, once your ice dub is in tie in even amounts of partridge for the legs and allow to flare, pull the thin skin forward along with the tynsil and tie off at the bead, cut off excess material, and whip finish, once the fly is complete put a small dab of 5 minute epoxy over the tynsil and thin skin…![]()
