Body . 2mm foam ,clear Swiss straw, epoxy
Legs : Japanese nymph legs
Tie on as usual
Start foam near hook point and work forward to eye leaving a piece extended for the head. Continue adding foam and segmenting with thread until you have a segmented on top fo hook. tie in three sets of legs just below and behind the head . next build your body underneath the hook passing a piece between the legs and tying it in just before the head.Work your thread to the end of the fly near the barb and tie in the Swiss straw . work your way back to the head winding the thread then straw. cut legs and bend them to shape tie off and cover fly with epoxy.![]()

Tie on to hook then tie in 2 pieces of craft foam at the bend of the hook one on top one on bottom to form the abdomen next behind the craft foam tie in 2 pieces of furry foam, pull forward and tie down . make three pairs of leg out of material of your choice and tie on top of hook.next make 2 wings and puncture the fury foam to tie in position. fold furry foam forward ,tie off and color![]()
