Even better than Mike's last 2 books, this has all the detail you could ask for to master these complex patterns. It is worth noting, as Mike does himself, that he does some things differently than many other tiers, and that, for him, a small head is vital. He therefore uses techniques, like tying in the throat after the wing, that permit a very small head, but gives some devotees of the art seizures, as it is definitely not the traditional way of doing it. Nevertheless, you can learn a ton from this book, and the progression from easy to incredibly hard will serve as an excellent teaching tool. The photography is what you'd expect-impecabble in every detail.
