The Angler’s Net Pimp My Fly Contest
Think you have what it takes to rock the vise?
Every Month, We will post a list of materials. These materials will be the materials of a common fly.
So let’s say we post:
Pheasant Tail Fibres:
Hare’s Mask
Gold Tinsel
Duck Quill.
Hen Hackle
Bead
You might tie a Hares Ear Nymph with this.
Although, you may tie something completely different.
And we’d like to see it.
You don’t have to tie with all the materials and acceptable sub materials are allowed…no hen hackle? A saddle will be fine…notice there are no colors specified either…You want to add a material or two? Do it but it has to be based on the materials originally posted.
We will try and post the materials around the first of the month…and we’ll do up a poll around the end of the month.
